Each lodge takes a turn hosting Cardinal Conclave once every six years. This allows arrowmen to enjoy the opportunities and ammenities that each Scout Reservation has to offer. The rotation's current trajectory is as follows:
- 2024: Wahissa Lodge 118 at Camp Raven Knob
- 2025: Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge 70 at Camp Cherokee
- 2026: Occoneechee Lodge 104 at Camp Durant
- 2027: Klahican Lodge 331 at Camp Bowers
- 2028: Nayawin Rar Lodge 296 at Camp Tuscarora
- 2029: Croatan Lodge 117 at Camp Boddie
